Advisor Extraordinary and Analyst of the Polish Ministry of
Foreign Affairs
Matheusz Kolaska is a seasoned government advisor and
foreign affairs analyst with extensive experience in
diplomacy and public administration. He joined the Polish
Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1985 and has since served in
a variety of senior advisory and diplomatic roles.
He holds a degree in Public Administration from the
University of Warsaw and a degree in Political Science from
the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, providing him with a
strong academic foundation in governance, international
relations, and public policy.
Throughout his distinguished career at the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs, Mr. Kolaska has occupied several key
positions, primarily in the field of foreign affairs. He
served as Advisor to the Office of the Council of Ministers
from 2015 to 2017 and resumed the role in 2021, where he
continues to provide strategic policy analysis and advisory
support. From 2011 to 2015, he also served as Consul General
of Mission at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
In addition to his domestic and diplomatic responsibilities,
Mr. Kolaska has represented Poland at numerous multilateral
forums involving European and Middle Eastern nations,
including meetings conducted under the Asia-Europe Meeting
(ASEM) framework.
He is married with two children.
